Refunds and Cancellation Policy

MERCHANT agrees to the following refund/cancellation schedule after the signature of agreement. MERCHANT agrees to waive charges incurred if we are unable to resolve the issue. If the issue has been resolved and CUSTOMER wishes to cancel MERCHANT may charge a service fee at a rate up to $30/hour and refund the outstanding amount with the schedule shown below.

CUSTOMER is requested to call support on Monday To Saturday {9AM To 9PM EST} at 1-877-402-6332 to initiate any refund or cancellation.

Refunds may be available if the service was not provided as described on our website.

Refunds may be considered if the customer encounters technical issues or other problems that prevent them from accessing or utilizing the service.
Refund Process

Refund is possible untill 30 days from the date of transaction.
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 7 days.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
